How it works

Your arrival packet starts the visit before you arrive.

Project Lazon is a pre-arrival platform. Prepare your arrival packet, share it with your chosen shop before the visit, and add completed service to your vehicle history afterward.

From preparation to vehicle history

Prepare your arrival packet

Add vehicle and contact details, requested maintenance or a concern, and any useful records. Review your packet before sharing. A shop can also invite its customer to prepare one.

Share with your shop before arrival

Send or print the packet for your chosen shop, including a shop that has not joined. The shop reviews the information and confirms an appointment, flexible arrival or drop-off. Sharing does not book a visit or authorize work.

Add completed service to vehicle history

Keep the repair order and completed work with the vehicle. Record declined or deferred recommendations separately so they remain available for a future visit.

When a shop message needs explanation

Bring the ride and the real source

Choose the vehicle and preserve the shop message, estimate, inspection, repair order, image, or customer concern.

Separate what is known

Project Lazon distinguishes source text, supported facts, plain-language explanation, uncertainty, and questions. It does not silently turn a statement into a diagnosis.

Choose the appropriate depth

A routine request stays short. A complicated recommendation, warning, estimate, authorization request, or conflicting history opens the clarity path.

Let the shop approve shop-attributed wording when useful

A participating physical location may approve, edit, or reject a draft. Until exact approval, it remains a Project Lazon draft—not the shop's statement.

Give the person a next action

The customer sees what to ask, confirm, schedule, bring, authorize directly with the shop, decline, or revisit later.

The handshake, not a duplicate conversation.

Customer to shop

A customer can prepare and share a packet with the shop they choose, whether or not that shop participates in Project Lazon.

Shop to customer

A shop can invite a customer into a clearer handoff or use shop-reviewed clarity for complicated communication.

The useful first action matters more than the click.Project Lazon should measure whether a customer prepared something useful or a shop completed a meaningful setup step—not vanity traffic.
